Virtual meetings via Google Meet are available on an as needed basis with your student’s teacher.
Teachers do not answer the phone or email while classes are in session, as they are 100% focused on supporting our students. To message teachers, use the Procare app. If there is an emergency and you need to reach teachers during class, please text via the business line phone number above.
Streamlined Communication app
Our school utilizes the Procare App for streamlined parent-teacher communication.
This allows you to sign your child in upon arrival, send messages directly to your child’s teacher, update your billing information, view the school calendar, view incident reports and more.
It is essential that you and drop off/pick-up personnel have this downloaded and logged in before the first day of school as you will need to use the app and a unique four digit code to sign your child in and out of class.
Procare App Available in the Google Play Store

If your child has any signs of illness including coughing, please keep them at home to ensure the safety of our school and students. If symptoms arise during class, you will be asked to pick up your child early. They may only return to class if they have been symptom free for at least 24 hours. If your child is diagnosed with COVID-19, please notify teachers and administration immediately, as this will necessitate a longer absence.
